Add Foods Full of Water to Your Meals
There are a number of fruits and vegetables that also have a fair amount of water in them. Having a salad of Romaine lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, and other leafy greens is a great way of getting some extra hydration. You can also have celery and various berries for hydrating snacks.
